Analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, regulatory findings, or formal compliance determinations.
You agree to use AdScanner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
AdScanner imposes reasonable rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Systematic or automated use of the Service at a scale that exceeds normal human usage patterns is prohibited without a separate enterprise or API agreement. Contact us at contact@adscanner.in for high-volume access.
Not legal or regulatory advice. AdScanner provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes. Results should not be treated as definitive determinations of policy violations, legal liability, or regulatory compliance. Always consult qualified legal counsel for compliance decisions.
No warranty of accuracy. While we strive for high accuracy, AI systems can make errors. AdScanner does not warrant that its analysis is complete, accurate, or free of mistakes. We report an approximate 94% accuracy rate on known test cases, but individual results may vary.
No affiliation with Meta. AdScanner is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. References to Meta's Ad Library and advertising policies are for informational purposes only.
Service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
The AdScanner platform, including its software, design, and analysis models, is owned by AdScanner and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Analysis reports generated by AdScanner for your submitted ad content may be used by you for your own internal trust & safety, compliance, or research purposes. You may not resell or commercially redistribute AdScanner-generated reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdScanner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to AdScanner in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdScanner and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
